With an objective of highlighting the safety features of the Mahindra Supro school bus, an event was planned across 9 cities to create awareness and generate leads from prospective school bus owners, owner drivers and school transport managers.
For the weekend event at a central location in the city, personal invites were handed over to the TG by visiting schools in early hours and capturing their details followed by telephonic reminders. The event consisted of product display and test drives, entertainment, interactive games, and gratifications which provided leads and spot bookings.
The initiative resulted in more than 2000 people attending the event with 300 hot leads and 20 spot bookings.
